Recently it has been brought to our attention that some borrowers have noted delays in online payments intended for AFCO Credit Corporation being posted to their accounts. These borrowers appear to have used the services of an unauthorized third-party payment provider to initiate the payments to AFCO Credit Corporation.
PLEASE NOTE: Typically, payments processed through unauthorized third-party payment processors are not sent to AFCO Credit Corporation until 3 to 5 days after submission. AFCO Credit Corporation is not responsible for any delays in posting payments made via unaffiliated third-party payment processors.
The only designated third-party provider that AFCO Direct uses for online credit card/ACH payments is ePayPolicy. To ensure that your payments are received and applied to your account in a timely manner, please make your online payments from AFCO Direct’s website using AFCO Direct’s designated third-party vendor, ePayPolicy.
