To access online credit card and/or ACH payments through ePayPolicy please log into your existing iQ account using www.afcocafo.com/iq. In addition to important account information and the ability to access and reprint copies of notices, ePayPolicy is available for you to make an urgent, one-time credit card or ACH payment. Payments made through ePayPolicy will post to your account the following business day. Payments made after 7:00pm CT will post to your account in 2 business days.
Haven’t activated your iQ account access yet? Please contact our Customer Service Team at 800-288-6901 or send an email to promptservice@afco.com with your contact information. For your security, our Team will validate your identity and request an email address to be associated to your account. We will generate a security PIN that will be sent to that email address. Using your account number and your one time PIN you will be prompted to create a password as part of setting up your account.
